About Fencing

Fencing blends athleticism and strategy. Bouts are fought on a 14m piste with electronic scoring. Protective gear includes mask, jacket, glove, and weapon-specific equipment.

Learn the basics: footwork (advance, retreat, lunge), right-of-way (foil & sabre), and target areas. Fencing is safe, inclusive, and suitable for beginners through advanced competitors.
